Iron Butterfly Sweeper
An iron butterfly is a defined-risk neutral options strategy with both short legs at the same at-the-money strike. Sell an ATM put + ATM call at the same strike, buy long wings out-of-the-money to cap risk. Higher credit than a condor, but a narrower profit zone. Best when implied volatility is high and you expect the underlying to stay pinned near the center strike. This sweeper applies stricter liquidity gates because butterflies have 4 legs and are cost-sensitive.
