What we respond to
- Editorial corrections and factual errors — methodology mistakes, broken formulas, outdated rules. Material corrections are credited in our corrections log.
- Methodology clarification — how a score is calculated, where a data field comes from, why a metric is defined a particular way. Reference our methodology page first if you're starting fresh.
- Partnership and integration inquiries — brokers, data providers, fintech platforms. We don't sell editorial placement, but we do partner on tools that benefit traders.
- Press and media — for citing a number, study, or methodology in a publication. We provide methodology context and primary sources on request.
- Legal, privacy, and compliance — takedowns, GDPR/CCPA requests, regulatory inquiries. Reference our privacy policy and terms.
- Bug reports and feature requests — calculator output mismatches, broken pages, missing tickers. Include the URL and a brief description.
What we don't respond to
- Specific trade recommendations. We never tell anyone whether to buy, sell, or hold a particular position. The disclaimer on every page explains why — we're not registered investment advisers.
- Portfolio reviews or personalized planning. Use the Income Goal Planner for an automated framework, or work with a licensed financial advisor for personalized advice.
- Account or brokerage support. We're not your broker. Contact your broker for order issues, account problems, tax forms, or assignment notifications.
- Trade signals or paid alerts. We don't offer them and never will.
